What You’ll Do

Build massive scale AI Agentic orchestration platforms. Awesome scale. Awesome people to work with. No fluff. Here are some of the activities your day to day life will involve:

1. Customer Collaboration

   : Work directly with customers (Fintech, Healthcare giants, soverign governments) to understand business challenges and architect AI solutions

2. AI System Development:

   Build agentic AI systems, conversational AI, RAG implementations, and intelligent automation

3. Full-Stack Solutions

   : Build complete applications from backend to frontend, leveraging AI throughout the development process

4. Production Deployment:

   Deploy, monitor, and scale AI systems in customer environments

5. Technical Consulting:

   Guide customers on AI strategy, technology choices and implementation approaches

Education & Experience (Required):

• Bachelor's degree (or higher)

  in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 4-6 years

  of software engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying

  AI/ML systems in production

• Portfolio of AI projects (personal or professional)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Python

  (primary language for AI/ML work)

• AI/ML Frameworks:

  PyTorch, Transformers, DSPy, LlamaIndex

• Web Technologies

  : Modern frontend frameworks, APIs, databases

Good to have:

• Have build large scale distributed systems (Java, Kafka)
