Senior AI Automation Developer

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Developer focused on Automation and AI at iSON Xperiences, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end full stack applications, building AI-powered automation tools, developing browser extensions, implementing automation scripts, and integrating third-party APIs and AI models. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions while following best practices in coding and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Python for backend and modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend. - Build AI-powered automation tools like chatbots, content analyzers, and workflow assistants. - Develop browser extensions for Chrome/Edge/Firefox with custom UI and integrated backend logic. - Implement automation scripts using Python, Selenium, PyAutoGUI, or similar frameworks. - Integrate third-party APIs and AI models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face, or custom ML APIs. - Work with databases like SQL and NoSQL and manage efficient data pipelines. - Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions. - Write clean, modular, and well-documented code adhering to best practices. - Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement continuous improvements. - Contribute to technical design discussions, proof of concepts (POCs), and architecture reviews. Qualification Required: Technical Skills: - Languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 - Frontend Frameworks: React.js / Next.js - Backend Frameworks: FastAPI / Flask / Node.js / Express.js - Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / SQL Server - Version Control: Git / GitHub Automation & AI: - Experience with automation scripting using Python, Selenium, or similar frameworks. - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, image processing, or LLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.). - Exposure to LangChain, RAG, or custom AI workflows is a plus. Browser Extensions: - Hands-on experience developing Chrome/Edge/Firefox extensions using JS/TypeScript. - Familiarity with WXT / Manifest V3 / WebExtensions API Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities. - Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions. - Good communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. - Self-driven with a growth mindset and attention to detail.,
