Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance Company Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency development and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.
Manage and motivate a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers and other partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
