About the Role

Senior AEM Developer and Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Act as both a

  Solution Architect and Developer

  with hands-on AEM implementation expertise.
• Develop

  Adaptive Forms, Form Data Models, Themes, and Workflows (OSGi)

  using AEMs

  Edge Delivery Services (EDS)

  capabilities.
• Integrate AEM (with EDS) with

  Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools

  .
• Create reusable libraries, Sling models, servlets, REST APIs, and

  EDS connectors

  for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, product owners, and QA to deliver

  enterprise-grade AEM applications with EDS

  .
• Architect and optimize

  performance, security, and scalability

  of AEM and its EDS modules.
• Use

  Agile/Scrum methodology

  , participate in sprints, and contribute to solution architecture leveraging AEM + EDS.
• Ensure high code quality with tools like

  SonarQube, Jenkins CI/CD, and Bitbucket/Git

  .
• Mentor junior developers, perform peer code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Provide

  solution architecture guidance

  and hands-on development for critical AEM modules with EDS.
• Manage client communication and serve as an

  AEM Expert

  for technical consulting and solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience

  in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Forms, and

  AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS)

  .
• Proven experience as both a

  Developer and Solution Architect

  with end-to-end AEM solution delivery.
• Strong background in

  Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and JCR

  .
• Solid understanding of AEM architecture, dispatcher configurations, caching, workflows, templates, and components.
• Experience integrating AEM with

  Adobe Experience Cloud tools

  and third-party systems.
• Strong knowledge of

  performance tuning, scalability, and security optimization

  in AEM applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with

  DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments

  (Adobe Cloud, AWS, Azure).
