Senior Advisor - Employee Relations

Role Overview: As a Senior People Relations Advisor at Entain India, your role is crucial in ensuring that Ivy continues to be a great place to work. You will take a proactive approach to improving colleague experience and handle any issues that arise with fairness and informality. You will play a critical part in the internal workings of the people relations function by supporting your team and bridging the gap between day-to-day work and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the go-to person for all Indian employment law matters within and outside of People Relations. - Support and coach direct reports on daily and escalated employee relations issues. - Take overall responsibility for quarterly management information packs. - Coach and develop the advisor population through a Quality Assurance framework. - Identify areas for improvement proactively and propose solutions. - Manage POSH cases with advisor/team leader. - Lead on complex employee relations matters like grievances, whistleblowing, and exits. - Support and occasionally lead complex restructure programs such as large-scale redundancies. - Collaborate with team leaders to ensure strategic objectives are met. - Keep the business updated on live cases and current POSH matters. - Manage the team's training calendar. - Ensure employee relations activities adhere to company policy and statutory requirements by working with legal resources and consultants. Qualifications: - Education: Postgraduate in Business Management with specialization in HR, preferably with a Law Degree. - Experience: Minimum of 7 - 10 years.
