Senior Advisor - Employee Relations

Role Overview: As the Senior People Relations Advisor at Entain India, your main purpose is to ensure that Ivy continues to be a great place to work by focusing on improving colleague experience and handling employee relations effectively. You will play a crucial role in supporting and coaching your team to perform their roles efficiently, while also serving as a bridge between day-to-day operations and strategic direction, identifying key areas for enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the go-to person for all Indian employment law matters within the business, providing support on employee relations issues. - Take overall responsibility for quarterly management information packs and coach the advisor population through a Quality Assurance framework. - Ensure the leadership team is informed of any issues facing the advisors and proactively propose solutions for improvement. - Manage complex employee relations matters such as grievances, whistleblowing, and exits, in collaboration with team leaders. - Lead restructure programs and ensure strategic objectives of the global function are met. - Stay updated on live cases and POSH matters, manage the team's training calendar, and ensure compliance with company policy and statutory requirements. Qualifications: - Education: Postgraduate in Business Management with specialization in HR, preferably with a Law Degree. - Experience: Minimum of 7 - 10 years.
