You will be joining Deltion as a Senior Advisor Marketing & Communication, where your role will involve handling internal and external communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include crafting strategic marketing plans for educational purposes, identifying opportunities for customized education, and developing campaigns to boost student enrollment. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing change communication within the organization to ensure support and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans. - Coordinate campaigns and projects throughout the entire process. - Uphold brand identity and enhance brand awareness. - Provide advice to management and teams on communication and marketing matters. - Stay updated on trends and market developments to enhance our strategies continuously. Qualification Required: - At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior position. - HBO-WO level of education. - Proficiency in the latest communication and marketing trends, especially digital, with a strong command of the Dutch language. - Possess a proactive, result-oriented mindset, and a hands-on approach. The Marketing & Communication department consists of 22 professionals who collaborate closely to achieve their objectives.
