• Apply technical knowledge to operate a technology area (e.g. Device administration, technical security management, performance management) • Begin to proactively and reactively provide solutions to prevent problems from occurring in the area of responsibility. • Balance internal needs with customers and/or internal businesses/end users needs within defined parameters. • Work as part of a team, which may be virtual, global, and/or multi-functional. Seen as a resource to the team within area of technical responsibility. • Monitor all customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of same. • Monitoring queue for tickets and assigning them before the specified SLA’s. • Perform analysis on Network Utilization and optimize Network devices for capacity building. • Gaining good trouble shooting knowledge on Juniper and Cisco products which are deployed in house. • Hands on experience to work on critical issues when encountered. • Ready to take more responsibility to work on off business days for any Device Maintain and Migration activities. • Available to support 24 X7 only in case of critical or Business impacting issues.
