Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Administrative Officer -Operations, located in Dehradun. The Sr AO- Operations will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficient housekeeping, landscaping, horticulture, safety & security services, and will conduct routine inspections of the school infrastructure. The Sr. AO will also supervise and manage maintenance contracts, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive AMC (CAMC) and shall maintain a routine liaison with the vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate Degree or Bachelor's degree in Facilities/Operations Management.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations, Facility Management, Property Management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, security, and emergency response protocols.
• Vendor & Budget Management expertise.
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills.
• Previous experience in school administration is preferred
• Knowledge of educational policies and procedures is a plus
