Senior Actimize Implementation Specialist

As a Senior Technology Consultant specializing in Capital Markets (CM) core modernization and transformation projects at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of technology consultants to deliver large technology programs effectively as a project manager. Your deep experience in financial services will be instrumental during client discussions, where you will be expected to convince clients of the proposed solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in one or more of the following Capital Markets areas: - Trade Surveillance: showcasing knowledge and experience in trade surveillance scenarios and market misconduct behaviors - Actimize: proficiency across all workstreams including front to back operating model, risk assessment process for surveillance, data feeds, configuration and rule building, rule efficiency, and reporting - Forex Trading and Derivatives: covering FX Forwards, FX Swaps, FX Options, Pricing, Risks, and PNL - Capital Markets (Cap Mkts): familiarity with fixed income, equity, derivatives, and trading lifecycle, especially in front office operations Your technical experience should encompass working on Capital Markets solutions, focusing on CM technology architecture and implementation, with hands-on experience in Actimize modules development and implementation for Equities, Fixed Income, Futures, RCM, etc., in Surveil-X. Mandatory skills required for this role include: Technical: - Prior experience in Actimize modules development and implementation - Proficiency in one of the following tech skill categories: - Database skills: ability to write SQL queries of moderate complexity - Programming/Scripting skills: proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for writing methods calling APIs Functional: - Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis in OOTB vs. custom features - Familiarity with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) Methodology - Exposure to conducting or participating in product demonstrations, training, and assessment studies - Analytical thinking to provide out-of-the-box solutions with customization approach and configuration mapping - Strong client-facing skills - Ability to review test cases and guide the testing team when necessary - Desirable experience in end-to-end product implementation and transformation, especially in any CM Trading platform (COTS or custom) In terms of educational background and experience, you should possess an MBA/MCA/BE/BTech or equivalent with 3 to 8 years of banking industry experience.
