Senior Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a committed and experienced Senior Accounts & Compliance Executive to manage the daily finance and compliance operations of our client from their premises. The candidate will be responsible for daily MIS reporting, payment processing, full accounting in Tally, and statutory compliance across four states. The role requires coordination with multiple outlets and reporting directly to our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting:

Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for sales collections via Cash, Card, and UPI

Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports for management review

Daily Payment Processing:

Handle daily vendor and employee payments

Ensure accurate documentation and entry in books

Accounting (Tally ERP):

Maintain and update client accounts using Tally ERP

Record all financial transactions and reconcile accounts periodically

Compliance Management:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS, GST, and Income Tax returns

Handle compliance operations across 4 regions in 4 states

Team Handling & Coordination:

Supervise junior team member

Coordinate with multiple client outlets across states for data collection and validation

Reporting Structure:

Based at Client Location

Reports to V Narayanan & Co (Chartered Accountants)

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:26 years in accounts, payments, MIS, and compliance

Software Skills:

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)

Expert knowledge of Tally ERP

Statutory Knowledge: GST, TDS, Income Tax filing and compliance

Language Skills:

Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage

Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in client accounting services

Experience working in a multi-location business environment
