1. Maintain record
A) Material in register received from store department.
B) Excel working related to production received from Production department.
C) Material out register received from store department.
2. Preparing the Purchase Invoice and the Purchase order in timely manner.
3. Preparing the sales Invoice and sales order in timely manner.
4. Preparation of PO reports two times a week and sharing the same to concerned BoDs.
5. Preparation of Debit note/ credit note on timely basis, if any.
6. Preparatin of the working of GSTR1, GSTR & 38 and other related to Khushi Packing, Shree Jee Industries, SS Foods branch
7. Preparing working of TDS/TCS return and also reconcillation of the TDS/TCS with the books of accounts and getting reviewed by finance head.
8. Responsible for checking and Rectify like Quantity, Price, Gst No. Invoice No. and Sales Amount of all type of Sales Invoice. If any diffrence found then prepair Debit Note and credit note and take all neccessary action
9. . Regular Follow-Ups from the customer in case the payment is not received within the credit period, If any.
10. Recording all Transactions in accounting software and getting the same verified from the Finance Head.
11. Regular follow ups in case of the purchase material is not received within the agreed timeline.
12. Handling the Individual accounts accounts related to New Site.
13. Handling the work of Sr. Executive & Junior executive related to accounts or bank in absence of them.
