Sr. Accounts Executive

Location: Pralhadnagar Ahmedabad

Salary: As per interview performance

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who has hands-on experience in Accounts Payable processes and a strong understanding of GST and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Accounts Payable activities including vendor payouts, invoice verification, and payment processing.

2. Strong working knowledge of GST & TDS including input eligibility, applicability (with relevant sections), provisions, advance tax, TCS etc.

3. Coordinate with clients / vendors to resolve invoice-related queries and discrepancies.

4. Prepare, maintain, and reconcile accounts-related documentation and reports.

5. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely closure of monthly financial activities.

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of end-to-end accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. AP/AR/GL Accounting & Reporting Process

2. Good knowledge of TDS/GST Compliances

3. Experience is Team Handling

4. Day to day issue resolution skills

5. Tracking the daily productivity and daily work allocation of team

6. Preparation / Review of Daily MIS

7. Preparation of Monthly Dashboard

8. Client Coordination & Meeting.

9. Practical knowledge of 26AS recon

10.Should be able to interact with Stake holders for query resolution

11.Review of Customer Recon/Vendor Recon/GRIR Reports/Debtors Reports Monitoring day-to-day work allocation of team

12.Good Communication skills.

13.Monitoring day-to-day bank recon status

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.

5-7 years of relevant experience in Accounts preferred.
