Job Opening: Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounts and finance for startups and mid-sized entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Compliance: Maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, bank transactions, sales, and payroll.
• Taxation & Filings: Handle GST, TDS, and other tax return filings; oversee finalization of books and related activities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, manage monthly closing processes, generate MIS reports, and analyse cash flow and expenditures.
• Right candidate should have experience of all accounting activities like billing, taxation, filing returns of GST, TDS, Finalization of Books and related activities
• Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Board etc.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books) and Advanced Excel.
• Qualifications: CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• Experience: 0.5-3 years in finance & accounting; experience in a consultancy firm is a plus.
• Key Competencies: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication for working with internal and external stakeholders.

Other Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off) | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Location: Gurgaon (Preference for candidates nearby or willing to relocate)
