Job Description

helps oversee financial operations, with responsibilities including assisting with financial statement preparation, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits and month-end closings

Bookkeeping: Maintain daily records of financial transactions, including cash books, ledgers, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
Voucher & Payment Processing: Prepare and process vouchers, checks, and challans, checking bills and ensuring timely payments.
Reconciliations: Prepare bank, debtors, and creditors reconciliations.
Financial Statements: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and utilization certificates.
Tax Compliance: Calculate and file VAT, CST, TDS,GST and service tax returns.
Auditing: Assist in internal and statutory audits.
MIS & Reporting: Prepare management information system reports.
Fixed Asset Management: Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation.
Salary & Benefits: Assist in preparing salary sheets and employee benefits.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
