Qualification & experience:

Masters Degree in Commerce or CA Inter, Batcher degree in commerce from reputed University.
Good in English, Hindi, - Speaking and writing
3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance

Operations/functions

Good Knowledge of MS Oce and ERP (SAP) preferred
Good Knowledge of Accounting.
Good knowledge of statutory compliances (Taxes, Audits,) and preparing financial statements.

Roles & Responsibilities

General Accounts:

Posion is considered to be within Accounts Department
Preparation of sales Invoices.
Vericaon & recording of purchase AP and Expenses AP invoices.
Vericaon & booking of Employee reimbursement claims.
Recording of Incoming & Outgoing Bank entries in system & preparation of Bank Reconciliations
Statutory compliances like GST & TDS
AP management - administering payments to vendors & employee claims
Reconciliations of clearing GL, Vendors, Customers.
Preparation of monthly financial statements & MIS.
Experience of Handling Internal audit & Stat Audit.

Tax Compliance:

Preparation of monthly GST working
Knowledge of Filing of monthly GST returns
Monthly Reconciliation of GST ITC with GSTR2A & follow up with vendors for corrections.
Preparation of Reconciliation of various GLs related with GST compliance
Checking of TDS applicability to transacons & Monthly payment of TDS
Knowledge of Filing of TDS returns & issue of Form 16A
