Senior Accountant/CA Semi Qualified

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for understanding the business and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various functions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding the business and building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to be followed in various functions. - Explaining to the client the need for SOPs and facilitating their adoption. - Building budgets for the client, analyzing business performance, and recommending the right approach. - Understanding the ERP system in place and recommending necessary changes for comprehensive use. - Familiarizing yourself with the reporting requirements for investors. - Understanding the accounting system from the Chart of Accounts to financial statement preparation. - Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax, and Companies Act. - Managing multiple clients/projects across different industry sectors. - Managing relationships with banks and investors. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following skillset: - Understanding of business operations. - Proficiency in drafting reports and delivering presentations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong communication skills for continuous interaction with management. - Ability to comprehend technology and its enablement in business processes. Qualifications for this role include: - A semi-qualified Chartered Accountant or a senior accountant with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience. - Clear understanding of the job roles mentioned. - Willingness to commit to a tenure of 2 to 3 years and readiness for challenging tasks. - Attitude to learn new concepts and skills. The salary range for this position is between 3 lakhs per annum to 7 lakhs per annum, based on the level of exposure and experience.
