Sr Accountant – Wellness Services ( Multi-Branch)

We are a fast-growing wellness services company with multiple retail outlets across states. We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will not only manage day-to-day accounts but also ensure regulatory compliance, branch-level financial discipline, and insightful reporting to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting across multiple retail branches using Tally ERP.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, balance sheet, MIS reports and branch profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GST (multi-state) Ensure strict compliance with GST laws including multi-state registrations, filing of monthly/quarterly returns, and GST reconciliation.
• Oversee compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and Income Tax regulations (TDS, advance tax, annual filings).
• Supervise and guide a small team of accountants - Lead, mentor, and review work of junior accountants
• Handle bulk payments, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Monitor financial discipline at branch level (collections, cash handling, branch expenses)
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and GST audits.
• Ensure timely updates of working structure

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in service/retail industry with multi-branch exposure.
• Strong knowledge of GST compliance & multi-state accounting.
• Hands-on expertise with Tally ERP & advanced Excel.
• Semi-qualified CA / M.Com / MBA Finance.
• Leadership ability with experience managing teams.

Salary Range - 40k-50k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
