Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and balance sheet preparation. Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements, tax returns (GST), TDS filings, and other regulatory compliances. Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and accounts payable/receivable processing. Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. Provide guidance on accounting procedures to team members.
