Job Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle and Preparation of financial statements , Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting, principles (GAAP) and regulations
Prepare monthly MIS, Review and analyse financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management,Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare financial projections for Senior Management team
Lead and mentor the Accounting Team (Team of 5 ppl)
Work with team to complete month-end and year-end closing off processes
Assist with audits coordinating with auditors
Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and accounting procedures
