Senior Accountant - US Staffing & Recruitment

You should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting role with QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accrual-based accounting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with being well-organized and having thorough work practices. Attention to detail is crucial, and you must be capable of completing work accurately. Your responsibilities will include collections for past due accounts, expertise with QuickBooks, performing monthly bank account reconciliations, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities such as reconciliations of bank accounts and balance sheet account reconciliation in a timely manner. Additional experience in audit and international accounting would be a plus. You should have advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases. The work timing is as per US Eastern Time (9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday through Friday). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of invoicing, record maintenance, and invoice verification is also required. This is a full-time job with a night shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.,
