Responsibilities

• Post daily banking transactions
• Process and post funding notices
• Strong US GAAP experience
• Maintain and clean up financial schedules
• Investigate and resolve account balance differences
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, credit card, vendor, etc.)
• Coordinate with U.S. finance teams for smooth operations
• Communicate clearly to resolve queries or missing data

Requirements

• 36 years of accounting experience, with

  12 years supporting U.S. clients

• Must be

  100% comfortable working 7 PM 3:30 AM IST (EST hours)

• Excellent spoken English and clear communication
• Strong experience in reconciliation and resolving balance differences
• Proven ability to organize and clean financial schedules
• Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP (preferred)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
