Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review

  monthly financial statements

  for U.S. clients
• Manage

  month-end and year-end closes

  , reconciliations, and adjustments
• Keep

  clean, audit-ready books

  across multiple entities
• Review work of junior accounting staff and help improve workflows
• Collaborate with U.S. account managers on quality and timelines
• Use tools like

  QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, Excel

  , and internal platforms

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years

  of solid accounting experience (U.S. client exposure strongly preferred)
• Expert-level proficiency in

  QuickBooks Online

  (Pro Advisor Certificate)
• Good Familiarity with Bill.com, Shopify etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Clear understanding of

  U.S. GAAP

  and accounting best practices

• Strong English communication skills

  (spoken and written)
• Ability to

  work independently

  and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Work Details

• Remote (India-based)
• Shift:

  11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

• Stable internet and home office setup required
• CTC: ₹10–15 LPA depending on experience and performance
