Key responsibilities include -1. Financial Reporting & FinalizationPrepare, review, and finalize the company’s balance sheet and other financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Conduct variance analysis, assess financial health, and provide insights for decision-making.2. Taxation & ComplianceHandle preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR 1-7) for the company and stakeholders, as applicable.Manage TDS return filings, ensuring timely submissions and accuracy.Stay updated with changes in tax laws, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.3. Accounting & ReconciliationOversee and perform accounts reconciliation for bank accounts, vendors, and inter-company transactions.Maintain general ledger accuracy and rectify discrepancies.
