Job Opening: Accountant for Travel Agency

We are seeking an Accountant to join our team at Pacific Destination Management. The ideal candidate will have fluent English communication skills and a strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient use of Zoho Books accounting software.
• Manage payment follow-ups and forecast payment schedules.
• Reconcile vendor bills and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Generate invoices within the system.
• Book hotels and packages on our platform.
• Handle transactions in multiple currencies.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with Zoho Books and basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to work with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in accounting for the travel industry is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
