Key Responsibilities:

• Posting and supervising accounting entries in

  Tally Prime & ERP Software

  .
• Managing

  banking operations

  , including

  Bank Reconciliation & Fund Management

  .
• Preparing

  salary, professional fees, rent, and expense sheets

  for monthly payments.
• Preparing

  Full & Final Settlement

  statements for employees.
• Coordinating with

  HR, Internal Accounts, and other departments

  on financial matters.
• Liaising with

  Franchise Partners

  to address accounting and financial concerns.
• Managing

  Debtors & Creditors

  , including

  Third-Party Reconciliation

  .
• Handling

  ESIC & EPF compliance

  , including employee registration, contribution payments, and return filing.(Optional)
• Overseeing

  GST compliance

  , including invoice maintenance, tax payments, input-credit management, and return filing.
• Ensuring

  TDS compliance

  , including timely deductions, payments, and return filings.
• Assisting in

  finalisation of annual accounts and tax audits

  .
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by

  management

  .

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  B. Com/M. Com/CA-Inter or equivalent.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  4 years

  as a

  Senior Accountant

  .

• Skills:

  Proficiency in

  Tally Prime, ERP, MS Excel

  , and knowledge of

  taxation laws (GST, TDS, ESIC, EPF)

  .

• Other Attributes:

  Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
