Multiple Roles

1. Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounts related to raw material procurement, production costs, and finished goods sales
• Ensure accurate recording of import bills, freight, warehousing, and customs charges.
• Finalize accounts monthly/quarterly including stock reconciliation.
• Manage GST returns, e-way bills, TDS compliance, and audits.
• Prepare MIS reports on cost of production and margins.
  

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter with 5+ years of experience in

  manufacturing/processing industries

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  paper industry taxation & compliance

  .
• Hands-on ERP/Tally experience.

2. Vice President Accounts

Responsibilities:

• Oversee entire finance & accounts for paper manufacturing and trading operations.
• Monitor raw material (pulp, kraft paper) costing and profitability reports.
• Manage working capital, fund flow, and bank relations (LC, BG, OD limits).
• Handle statutory compliances: GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Excise, and Customs.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Guide the accounts team and ensure accurate reporting to management.
  

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance with 12+ years of experience.
• Strong background in

  paper, packaging, or large-scale manufacturing sectors

  .
• Expertise in import finance & costing models.

3. Junior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Enter day-to-day transactions related to raw material purchase, production, and sales of paper.
• Prepare and reconcile vendor bills for kraft paper, pulp, and chemicals.
• Process supplier and transporter payments.
• Manage customer receivables and follow up for payments.
• Prepare GST invoices and ensure timely filing support.
• Handle bank entries for import payments, LC/TT transactions, and freight charges.
  

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com with 12 years’ experience.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and excise duty.
• Familiarity with Tally/ERP in a

  manufacturing set-up

  preferred.
