We are looking for an

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor project-wise expenses and client billing to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and follow-ups for client payments.
• Manage payment collection from various client/vendor locations across Delhi NCR as and when required.
• Ensure accurate salary processing, including preparation, verification of attendance and leave data provided by the HR team, checking, and coordinating timely salary disbursements.
• Oversee employee reimbursements, including gathering approvals from respective stakeholders/founders and ensuring timely transfers to employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and records in line with company policies.

Other

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within a marketing/advertising/media agency environment.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
4. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (knowledge of Zoho Books/QuickBooks would be a plus).
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
