Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise the Accounts team to ensure on time work completion.
Review Financial books periodically and advice team.
Knowledge on Statutory Compliance (esp... GST & TDS)
Review reconciliation of ledgers periodically with appropriate documents and advice team.
Analyze books of accounts and advice the Management on cost reduction, process improvement etc.
Liasoning with other departments to ensure correctness of the Expenses and Income.
Prepare MIS P&L accounts, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement and other information required by the Management.
Liasoning with Statutory auditors during Finalization.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's in B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA/CMA (pursuing)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
