Job Description

Key Skills & Requirements:

Zoho Accounting:
Hands-on experience in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite.
MIS & Financial Reporting:
Knowledge of MIS, EBITDA analysis, and month-end accounting closure.
Expense Management:
Accurate booking of prepaid and provision expenses.
Taxation:

Strong understanding of
TDS
(section-wise).
Comprehensive
GST
knowledge including RCM, Import/Export, GST Refund, GSTR filing, and Annual Returns.

Financial Statements:
Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and related schedules.
Audit & Compliance:
Understanding of Audit Reports, Tax Audit requirements, and Transfer Pricing.
Accounting Process:
End-to-end knowledge of the accounting process from journal entries to final reporting.

Other Requirements:

Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to understand Hindi (optional)
Kannada knowledge (optional)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

About the Role:

The candidate will be responsible for managing internal accounts, ensuring timely closure of books, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting fundamentals and experience in cloud-based accounting platforms like Zoho.

Educational Qualification:

CA Finalist or CA Final (preferred)
Strong academic record throughout academics
Proficiency in Zoho Accounting and Advanced Excel
