Job Description

As a Key Account Manager in IT Staffing, you will be a crucial part of our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Gurugram, or Hyderabad. Your main responsibilities will include developing and managing relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and surpassing targets. Your duties will involve creating and implementing strategic account plans to acquire new clients and expand business within existing accounts in IT staffing and contract staffing solutions. You will need to establish strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, identify their needs, and offer customized staffing solutions that align with their business goals. Managing the entire client lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding, account management, and contract renewals will be part of your role. Additionally, you will lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts, oversee project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and stay updated on the IT staffing market and competitor landscape. Managing and forecasting your Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, as well as contributing to regional sales strategies, will also be vital. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in IT staffing or a related field, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets and achieving revenue growth. A strong understanding of IT recruitment methodologies and best practices is necessary, along with excellent client relationship management skills, experience in contract staffing, effective communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Being self-motivated, results-oriented, and possessing strong work ethics are essential. Desired skills for this role include experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing P&L responsibility, a deep comprehension of the IT industry and emerging trends, excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to travel occasionally.
