Required Female Accountant Manager : Leading the Team for Billing and Taxation / Cash Bank Management

Job Description

Getting following things Done by Team and Monitoring Same

• Updating accounting entries on daily basis
• Authorization of Utility & Non-Utility invoices
• Various bank payment and receipt entries, customer collection entries
• Accounting for Income, expense booking, timely vendor payment process
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Listing of voucher/entries done in system
• Completing daily activities in timely and accurate manner
• Follow control and approval matrix as per company policy for accounting
• Accuracy and concentration in the process of daily entries
• Taking care of Gst and Income tax

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of accounting, TDS and GST
• Good knowledge of MS office tools (Excel & Word)
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective communication among team members
• Nearby candidates are preferred
