The role of a Business Development Associate (BDA) in Bangalore/Bengaluru, Karnataka involves reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the tech-landscape while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying prospects" career goals, identifying how Scaler can support them, and following up with existing prospects to unlock new possibilities through Scaler's offerings. Your commitment to achieving daily targets and exceeding expectations will be crucial in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have 2-6 years of work experience in sales and business development, along with an undergraduate degree in any stream. A preferred stream includes B.Tech/MCA/BCA/MBA/M.Tech. Proficiency in verbal and written English communication is essential, along with a passion for sales and target achievement. Additionally, having preliminary knowledge of LSQ (LeadSquared) will be advantageous. While not mandatory, expertise in the K12 and above domain, proficiency in handling tech products, and experience in managing a ticket size greater than 50K are considered good-to-have skills for this role.
