Position: Academic Counselor (Sales)
Location: Kochi / Ernakulam

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic Academic Counselors to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding them about our creative education programs (Graphic Design, Video Editing, Digital Marketing, Filmmaking, etc.) and converting leads into enrollments.

This is a sales-driven counseling role, where your ability to connect with students, understand their career goals, and present the right course will play a key part in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about WECO’s programs through calls, meetings, and online sessions.
• Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs that match their career aspirations.
• Handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollment status.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute admission campaigns.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & admission targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in presenting and selling programs to students/parents.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales & target achievement.
• Previous experience in counseling / inside sales / edtech sales preferred (but not mandatory).
