Senior Academic Content Writer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Academic Content Writer Team Leader with Quality Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of academic content writers, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the content produced, and maintaining adherence to project deadlines and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of academic content writers.

Set clear goals and objectives for team members and monitor their performance.

Participate in the creation of academic content across various subjects and disciplines.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

Ensure that all content produced meets the highest standards of quality, originality, and academic integrity.

Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for content creation.

Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.

Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., management , Literature , law etc.).

Proven experience in academic writing, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a similar academic content writing environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
