Senior Ab Initio Tech Lead Analyst - VP

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing new application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions, meet goals, and identify necessary system enhancements - Resolve high impact problems/projects by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Provide expertise in applications programming, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards - Develop a comprehensive understanding of how different business areas integrate to achieve business goals - Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions with interpretive thinking - Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work effectively - Assess risks in business decisions and prioritize tasks based on changing circumstances - Uphold ethical standards, compliance with regulations, and safeguarding of assets **Qualifications:** - 10-15 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis - Extensive experience in system analysis and software applications programming - Proven track record of managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to demonstrate leadership, project management skills, and clear communication - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience required; Masters degree preferred This job description offers a summary of your role as an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst.
