Job Description

You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital+mainline media with a background in managing teams, conducting meetings, and presenting reports. Your portfolio should include contributions towards award-winning videos and experience in a top agency, showcasing multiple skills and a variety of work. Proficiency in software skills is a must for this role. Your key responsibilities will include preparing design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects, creating enticing motion graphics for video deliverables, and delivering motion graphics across various media platforms. You will collaborate with art and creative teams to understand project objectives, assist in selecting audio, video, colors, and animations for design, and enhance motion graphics by editing raw video footage. Additionally, you should research and analyze design techniques, assist in creating storyboards, comprehend client briefs, and make design decisions to effectively manage project resources. It is essential to understand how brands operate and provide creative value additions to client deliverables, working collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and account managers. As a team player, you should motivate and train your creative team to achieve the best results, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for visual details, accuracy, and experience in digital graphics are required, with web design experience considered a plus. Ideally, you should hold a minimum of a graduate degree or a UGC-approved Diploma in any field, along with certifications and training from design schools.,
