Having multiple skills and a variety of work in your repertoire is preferred, along with possessing software skills. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects. - Design and create captivating motion graphics for video deliverables. - Deliver motion graphics across various media platforms such as web and mobile. - Collaborate with art and creative teams to grasp project scope and objectives. - Assist in the selection of audio, video, colors, and animation for graphic design. - Enhance motion graphics by editing raw video footage and adding effects/elements. - Research and analyze the best design techniques for creating motion graphics. - Aid in designing and developing storyboards for projects. - Understand client briefs, make design decisions, and efficiently manage resources for project execution. - Provide creative value additions to client deliverables by understanding how a brand works. - Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers as a team player. - Inspire and motivate your creative team, providing guidance and training for optimal performance. - Work well under pressure, handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrate a keen eye for visual details and accuracy, especially in digital graphics.
