Senior 3D Motion Graphic Designer

As an experienced Motion Graphics Designer with a background in digital+mainline media, you must have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the industry. Your role will involve managing teams, leading meetings, and presenting reports. Additionally, you should have a track record of contributing towards award-winning videos and previous experience in a top agency. Multiple skills and a variety of work experiences are preferred, and proficiency in relevant software is a must. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects. - Design and create engaging motion graphics for various video deliverables across different media platforms. - Collaborate with art and creative teams to understand project objectives and scope. - Assist in the selection of audio, video, colors, and animations for graphic design projects. - Edit raw video footage and incorporate effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. - Research and analyze the best design techniques to create effective motion graphics. - Aid in designing and developing storyboards for projects. - Interpret client briefs, make design decisions, and manage resources efficiently for project execution. - Understand brand requirements and provide creative enhancements to client deliverables. - Work closely with copywriters, designers, and account managers as a team player. - Encourage creativity and provide guidance and training to the creative team. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously, working well under pressure. - Possess a sharp eye for visual details and accuracy. - Preference given to candidates with experience in digital graphics, while web design experience is a plus. Qualifications: - Minimum graduate or holder of a UGC-approved Diploma in any field. - Certifications and training from design schools are advantageous.,
