Senior 3D Artist

Tiny Toes Moments specializes in capturing life’s most precious memories through artistic photography and timeless keepsakes. We create beautiful 3D hand and foot casts of newborns, children, and families — preserving emotions in the form of art.

We are looking for a creative, patient, and detail-oriented 3D Cast Maker who loves working with babies and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D hand and foot impressions using safe and skin-friendly materials (alginate, plaster, resin, etc.)
• Handle newborns, toddlers, and adults gently and professionally during casting sessions
• Prepare, mix, and pour casting materials accurately to ensure perfect detail capture
• Perform finishing tasks including molding, sanding, painting, polishing, and framing
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, molds, and workspace
• Manage client appointments, samples, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with the creative team to design and package final keepsakes
• Maintain inventory of casting supplies and materials
• Communicate effectively with parents to ensure comfort and satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in casting, sculpture, pottery, or handicraft work (preferred but not mandatory — training can be provided)
• Strong attention to detail and patience while working with newborns
• Basic understanding of color finishing, painting, and resin work
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Artistic mindset with an eye for aesthetics and presentation

• Minimum: 12th pass (Higher education in Arts, Design, or Craft is a plus)

• 0–3 years (Freshers with artistic skills and passion for craft are welcome)
