Senior 3D Artist

As a Senior 3D Artist at our company, you will be a valuable addition to our creative team. Your primary role will involve creating top-notch models, textures, lighting, and rendering for various projects. Your leadership qualities will be put to good use as you mentor junior artists, guiding them in their professional growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating high-quality 3D assets through modeling, texturing, and rendering - Guiding and mentoring junior 3D artists - Collaborating with design and production teams to meet project goals - Maintaining file structure, asset management, and adhering to naming conventions - Ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality - Handling client feedback and revisions efficiently To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering. Proficiency in Blender or other industry-standard 3D software is a must. A strong understanding of lighting, shading, and UV mapping is essential, along with familiarity with tools like Photoshop and Substance Painter.
