3D Animator – Industrial XR (Contract)

Innovate Labs is expanding its industrial XR production team and is looking for skilled 3D Animators to support high-precision immersive training and visualization projects. This role focuses on translating complex engineering and industrial concepts into accurate, visually strong 3D animations used across XR-based training solutions.

Role Overview

The selected candidates will work closely with technical and XR teams to produce detailed industrial animations that meet tight production timelines while maintaining visual and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D animations for industrial and technical XR applications
• Handle end-to-end animation workflows including modelling, rigging, animation, and rendering
• Ensure accuracy in lighting, texturing, materials, and motion
• Interpret technical briefs and convert engineering concepts into clear visual narratives
• Collaborate with internal teams to align animations with project requirements
• Deliver outputs within fast-paced and deadline-driven environments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in 3D modelling, rigging, animation, and rendering
• Strong eye for detail, especially in lighting, textures, and motion realism
• Prior exposure to industrial, technical, or engineering animation projects
• Comfortable working on short-term, high-intensity production cycles
• Available for a 3–6 month on-site contract in Gurgaon
• Immediate joiners preferred
