Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage monthly digital marketing budgets ranging from

• Plan, allocate, and optimise budgets across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Social Media, and other channels

• Drive lead generation, lead quality, CPL optimisation, and ROI

• Direct and review work of internal teams (Paid, SEO, Social, Creative) without micromanaging

• Set clear KPIs

  , track weekly/monthly performance, and ensure accountability
• Ensure

  clean, accurate, and transparent reporting

  of spend, performance, and outcomes
• Work closely with sales and CRM teams to improve

  lead quality and conversions

• Identify performance gaps early and take corrective actions

• Maintain process discipline, data control, and governance across platforms

• Present performance insights and recommendations to senior management

Key Skills & Requirements

• 610 years of experience in Digital Marketing with

  strong performance marketing exposure

• Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, and CRM-driven lead tracking

• Proven experience in budget management and ROI optimisation

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams calmly and professionally

• Experience in automotive, real estate, education, healthcare, or multi-location businesses is a plus

• Comfortable working in a high-accountability, KPI-driven environment
