The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing financial statements.Job Description:Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.Ensure the integrity of financial records by maintaining robust accounting systems and controls.Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to assist management in decision-making.Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report variances to management.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.Work closely with other departments to gather and analyze data for financial reporting.Experience (Must-have): Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.3+ years of experience in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and financialmodeling.Familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and GST laws.
