We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team at Spiraea Services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preparing financial statements, generating MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Job Description: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure the integrity of financial records by maintaining robust accounting systems and controls. Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to assist management in decision-making. Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report variances to management. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Work closely with other departments to gather and analyze data for financial reporting. Experience (Must-have): Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 1+ year of experience in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling. Familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and GST laws.Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance Day Shift Monday Saturday (6 days week) (2nd & 4th Saturdays are off) Work Timings 10 am 7 pm

This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles. Job Description: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and promptly. Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments (NEFT, RTGS, etc.) Manage the vendor payment cycle and ensure adherence to agreed terms. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations. Assist with audit requirements and provide necessary supporting documents. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Experience (Must-have): Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar roles. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
