Semi CS (Company Secretary)

*Semi CS* with 3+ years of experience required for a *financial services organisation* based in *Andheri,* Mumbai *Candidates with legal, DP auditor/officer, or capital markets experience may apply* JD: - *Handle investor and client queries* while *maintaining MIS for escalations related to SEBI, Exchanges, and DPs,* acting as a single point of contact for regulatory bodies * Generate transaction-wise MIS reports; support operations across the client base - *Prepare investor grievance and compliance reports* (annual, half-yearly, quarterly); review and draft legal opinions - Identify process gaps and drive internal control improvements - Should have understanding of processes related to IPOs, FPOs, Buybacks, Rights Issues, Bonus Issues, and Exit Offers - *Oversee IEPF matters, share transmission, unclaimed dividends, and document corrections as an authorized signatory* Salary up to *Rs 50,000 per month* Kindly share CV on *shadabpatel93@gmail.com* with subject line *Compliance - Andheri* mentioning your current salary, expected salary, notice period and reason to quit current organisation
