Job Description

As a Seller Account Manager (Contractual) at noon, your role is crucial in driving seller growth, enhancing sales performance, and nurturing relationships with assigned sellers. Your responsibilities will include: - Seller Growth & Development - Ensure complete activation of seller catalog to expand live assortment. - Provide insights on category trends and assortment gaps for driving seller growth. - Achieve consistent month-on-month business expansion for assigned sellers. - Seller Engagement - Maintain healthy seller KPIs including assortment, pricing, and availability. - Cultivate strong relationships with sellers to enhance sales and operational efficiency. - Conduct regular business reviews and encourage the adoption of seller tools like pricing, promotions, and ads. - Ensure active seller participation in platform campaigns and events. - Ads & Monetization - Train and onboard sellers on Product Listing Ads (PLA). - Monitor and optimize ad campaign performance to maximize reach and conversions. - Drive monetization by increasing ad participation and spends. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelors degree preferred. - 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Seller Management, or E-commerce Operations. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making. - Fluent in English and Hindi. - Comfortable working in a target-based and fast-paced environment. Success in this role will be reflected in: - Consistent growth in managed sellers" topline performance. - High seller engagement and participation in platform campaigns. - Improved parity with competition in pricing, assortment, and availability. - Achieving 4%+ ad participation across your managed portfolio.
