Job Title: Select Service Advisor Location: Thane Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time (On-roll) Work Mode: Work from Office Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand + PF + Incentives Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs (Between Monday–Friday) Job Description: We are hiring Select Service Advisors to join our customer support team at Shaadi.com. If you're fluent in Hindi + Marathi or Gujarati + Marathi and have prior customer service experience, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally. Assist customers with product/service-related queries. Provide resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Update internal systems and ensure accuracy in communication. Maintain service standards and adhere to company policies. Required Qualifications: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service (voice process preferred) Fluency in Hindi + Marathi or Gujarati + Marathi is mandatory. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with rotational shifts and offs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,054.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
