Your expertise should lie in interpreting the age and environment of deposition using various fossil groups and identifying common fossil groups under a microscope. Proficiency in planktonic foraminifer taxonomy, benthic foraminifer ecology, and calcareous nannofossil taxonomy is essential. You should be skilled at analyzing diverse samples (well cuttings, cores, outcrops, residue, thin sections) using microscopy as a core part of your daily routine with a proven track record of high productivity. Furthermore, the ability to integrate biostratigraphy data with sedimentology, geochemistry, seismic, and tectonic data is crucial. Experience working with software like Stratabug and Coreldraw is preferred, along with desired knowledge in Sequence Stratigraphy and Chemostratigraphy. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a Master's degree in Geology with specialization in micropaleontology/biostratigraphy. You will be responsible for building 1D, 2D, and 3D petroleum system models. Technical Sales & Support Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable clarifier solutions (mechanism selection, design customizations).
