In terms of skills and competencies, you should possess a thorough understanding of multiple fossil groups, including foraminifera, nannofossils, and palynofossils. Your expertise should lie in interpreting the age and environment of deposition using various fossil groups and identifying common fossil groups under a microscope. Proficiency in planktonic foraminifer taxonomy, benthic foraminifer ecology, and calcareous nannofossil taxonomy is essential. You should be skilled at analyzing diverse samples (well cuttings, cores, outcrops, residue, thin sections) using microscopy as a core part of your daily routine with a proven track record of high productivity. Furthermore, the ability to integrate biostratigraphy data with sedimentology, geochemistry, seismic, and tectonic data is crucial. Experience working with software like Stratabug and Coreldraw is preferred, along with desired knowledge in Sequence Stratigraphy and Chemostratigraphy. Being a collaborative, self-motivated, and flexible team player is key to succeeding in this role. The minimum educational requirement for this position is a Master's degree in Geology with specialization in micropaleontology/biostratigraphy. A PhD in micropaleontology/biostratigraphy with proven research experience in the field is preferable. Candidates should have more than 5 years of experience in micropaleontology/biostratigraphy in the Exploration and Production (E&P) industry.,

Technical Sales & Support Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable clarifier solutions (mechanism selection, design customizations). Prepare and present technical proposals, datasheets, and BOQs. Conduct techno-commercial presentations to consultants, EPCs, and government officials. Support site engineers for technical during bidding and execution phases. Business Development Identify and develop new clients across municipal, industrial, and EPC segments. Map consultant influence and drive specification approvals for clarifier technologies. Track tenders, RFQs, and upcoming project pipelines relevant to clarifiers.
