Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop training modules & content for security staff covering:
Physical security & patrol procedures
Emergency response (fire, medical etc.)
Handling conflict / crowd control / first aid basics
Use of security equipment (CCTV, alarm systems, communication devices)
Access control, visitor management
Legal regulations, reporting, documentation
Conduct classroom / theory and hands-on / field training session for new security staff and refresher training for existing staff.
Evaluate trainees via practical drills, tests, observation. Provide feedback and remedial coaching as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, safety norms (local and state) and company policies.
Maintain training records: attendance, performance, training schedule, gaps identified, corrections.
Coordinate with supervisors, branch managers to understand training needs and customize training accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum educational requirement: Graduate
Experience: 1-3 years in security operations; prior experience as trainer / supervisor desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
